From listing your property for sale (or starting your search) to closing and turning the key, Diana will be with you every step of the way to ensure that every need is met.

Diana is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. She is an award-winning Certified Property Manager (IREM Certified Property Manager of the Year, 1988) who holds a Diploma in Real Estate Asset Management from NYU (1992) and a Diploma from the Institute for Not-for-Profit Management of Columbia University Graduate School of Business in Middle Management for Community Development Organizations (1997). Diana also completed extensive additional coursework with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) between 1992-2003.

An exceptional and strategic planner, Diana worked alongside the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to devise the design features and management contracts for elderly housing projects, from mechanical and accessibility aspects through marketing and rent-up. Diana brings her strategic thinking to every real estate transaction. Diana also facilitated the development of a $30 million condominium project, from administering a $12 million loan to punch list completion. In 1994, Diana received an appointment to the White House Conference on Aging (HUD AOA Collaboration). Diana is a certified Assisted Living Administrator (ALFA University, 2000) who has written renewable grants to US Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for twenty companies in the tri-state area totaling $4 million. For Diana, no project is too big or too small.

A Bronx native, Diana was privileged to be able to give back to the community in which she was raised by serving on the Community Advisory Board for Montefiore Medical Center. On the board, Diana works alongside her fellow members to aid Montefiore in the institution and implementation of programs to counter and prevent substance abuse and property defacement. Through the Montefiore's Community Advisory Board, Diana also aims to make Montefiore's Emergency Room as comfortable as possible and works to improve Montefiore's new child protection unit for at-risk community children.

Diana's friendly demeanor allows her to connect with people easily, facilitating open communication with her clients and ensuring a pleasant and professional experience for all. Diana's attention to detail allows her to provide unmatched quality of service as well as timeliness of communication throughout the process. Diana's expertise makes each step of the journey, from crafting your listing to present your property to the market, to finding the right properties to match your criteria, to asking the right questions, negotiating, working up contracts, and providing mortgage advice, seamless. Diana finds great joy in the service of others, whether those in need in her community, or buyers and sellers in their journey to realize their property goals.
